As a participant, if interacting with others in the community seems challenging, Versatile Tailored Care Services (VT Care) is here to support and empower participants to engage in the community and activities. Together we’ll find activities that you enjoy and you would like to join.
Your friendly Cairns Support worker will be with you every step of the way, helping you participate and strengthening your ability to participate independently.
Our Aim – Access and Inclusion
Our aim is to assist you to:
- Be independent and support your social well-being
- Be part of the community and live an ordinary life
- Assistance with Daily activity programs of your choice
- Assistance to access community outings parks, art galleries,
libraries - Attending recreational events such as Cairns Show, painting classes, local markets and fishing
- Help explore new hobbies
- Accessing therapy sessions and medical appointments
- Planning for vacations
- Assist with banking and paying bills
